Vaso Zavalli joined CPM in 2024, as the Business Development Manager, with the aim to enhance and further develop new strategic synergies, integrate business relationships and alliances which will align to the long -term success of the firm.

She joins CPM with 17 years of experience in the international service industry. Successfully served on the Board of Directors of companies with operations ranging in infrastructure consulting, oil and gas drilling, shipping and dredging, real estate. Headed various service teams responsible for the daily affairs of the portfolio companies, coordinated and facilitated complex transactions and restructuring projects. Overviewed client compliance requirements in accordance with Cyprus and EU AML Directives.
