Marina joined CPM in 2018 as head of the Human Resources Department of the Cyproman group with the aim to further develop and elevate the Human Resources Strategy.

Marina has more than 18 years of specialised experience in Human Resource, including hiring and retention, training and development, performance management and employee relations.

Prior to joining CPM, Marina’s primary work experience was in the Human Resources Department of one of the biggest Accountants and Management Consultants firm in Cyprus, where she developed a broad range of skills such as communication, organizational and decision-making skills, training & developmental skills, budgeting and empathetic skills.
