• Manages all finance and accounting operations.
• Coordinates and directs the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and reports variances.
• Prepares and publishes timely monthly financial statements and reports variances.
• Maintains and monitors accurate cash flow and cost management procedures.
• Reviews and evaluates high risk areas.
• Reviews and evaluates internal control and procedures.
• Coordinates the preparation of regulatory reporting.
• Researches technical accounting issues for compliance.
• Supports month-end and year-end close process.
• Ensures quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
• Manages and complies with government reporting requirements and tax filings.
• Develops and documents business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
• Additional controller duties as necessary.

• Member of a professional accounting body such as ACA / ACCA / CFA.
• At least 10 years within a Senior Financial Management role.
• University Degree in Accounting.
• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
• Experience with creating financial statements.
• Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process.
• Excellent command of the Greek and English languages, both verbal and written.
• Excellent computer literacy, and an excellent accounting software user.
